GARLIC MAYONNAISE

In you blender, add the following in order:

2 large egg yolks

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup olive oil and canola (cold pressed) a few drops at a time

salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

This will thicken as you add the oils, and will be delicious for several days.  Store in your refrigerator.
