1) When you are rolling cookie dough, try sprinkling powdered sugar instead of flour on the dough. Too much flour can make the dough heavy.

2) Use scissors to sliver celery, cheese and onion. It helps dress up cold dishes.

3) Put a small amount of cream or evaporated milk on the top of a two-crust pie for a beautiful brown crust.

4) For a special topping, add marshmallows first on the pie crust, then add pumpkin pie filling. The marshmallows will come to the top.

5) To make sour milk for your recipe, add one tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice per cup of milk.
