Fried Foods

Fried foods are toxic foods that you should avoid if you want to begin eating a simply organic diet. When oils used to fry are reheated, a certain compound known as HNE (4-hydroxy-trans2-nonenal) becomes more concentrated and it is toxic and dangerous. Being exposed to this toxic can cause problems like cancer, stroke, heart disease, liver problems, and many other health issues.
