Organic foods come in the form of vegetables as well as fruit, but also available are organic meats. The meat you buy that is organic is free from antibiotics. The animals have been naturally grown and have not been given any hormone injections to promote their rate of growth as well as size. Each one of them have been grown actually using traditional farming techniques.

You also help to save our environment as these farms to produce as much pollution and waste as conventional ones. They also release a lot less carbon dioxide into the atmosphere.
